Stubble takes the top spot as the most attractive facial hair style. A survey of 2,000 people who like men found that 55% think stubble is the hottest look.
Short beards came in second at 24%, while hipster beards got 8% of the votes.
Moustaches didn’t do so well. Only 3% of people thought they were sexy. Goatees and chin straps didn’t score much higher.
Men seem to feel good about grooming their facial hair too. Over half of the guys surveyed said that a fresh shave or trim makes them feel sharp.
About a third said it makes them feel more manly.
First impressions happen fast. Research shows that people judge someone’s looks in less than 10 seconds when meeting for the first time.
Different facial hair styles give off different vibes:

Some guys are sneaky with their dating profiles. About 30% said their profile picture doesn’t match how their facial hair looks now.
No matter what style a man chooses, keeping it neat seems to be key. Sharp, well-groomed facial hair can make a big difference in how others see you.
